Stated-Owned Enterprises Plays a Leading Role in IP Protection

Without IP protection, there is no self-creation and self-invention. She said that the Chinese government would take more efficient measures, with more confidence, on IP protection continuously. She also hopes that enterprises nationwide can shoulder the social responsibility of IP protection.
